Team Leader Planning BOSS EMEA DOS (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader Planning BOSS EMEA DOS (m/f/d) to strengthen our DOS Planning division as soon as possible. Are you enthusiastic about developing a core Planning and Merchandising strategy for Retail of HUGO BOSS? A highly motivated team is waiting for you to join.

What you can expect:
  • Develop and adapt the core Planning and Merchandising strategy for Retail
  • Responsible for the Buying budget across Fashion and the 'Never out of stock' business whilst ensuring the supply chain requirements are met by key stakeholders
  • Partner with Team Lead Buying and build the collection in line with the Global Brand strategy and market needs within EMEA
  • Design, develop and agree the framework for core Buying, based on store capacity, flow planning and commonality targets
  • Deliver planned sales, profit and inventory targets and to maximise opportunities within the business at brand level
  • Involvement in the Format strategy decisions to ensure a clear brand representation in stores
  • Improve Integrated business planning initiatives in line with an Omnichannel approach
  • Work closely with Team leader Inventory control DOS EMEA in management of carryover, markdown and terminal stock
  • Monitor BOSS M seasonal OTB and rolling inventory forecasts and review Outlet inflow
  • Provide insights into the weekly EMEA trade meeting and other trade meetings dedicated to specific plans
  • Drive the development and implementation of planning, merchandising systems and processes
  • Inspire and lead all levels of Brand planner's whist developing an entrepreneurial team


Your profile:
  • Preferably successfully completed studies in Business, Fashion Management or comparable
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in a fast-paced Planning & Merchandising role
  • Strong commercial skills with an understanding of the Bricks & Mortar Business
  • Collaborative approach - works in partnership with counterparts in key functions
  • Several years of motivational leadership experience, incl. leading Seniors
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to build effective relationship at all levels and gain buy-in at Senior Management level
  • Strong analytical skills and solution-orientated thinking
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
