As part of the People Operations Team the Strategy & Projects Team is responsible for developing holistic operation strategies through outputs such as P&O concepts and feasibility studies to further drive the best in class P&O delivery organization. Furthermore, supporting implementations and transitions through excellent project management is part of our daily work.

  • Being the interface between business and the people operations team in close collaboration with the process improvements & trainings team and the core & enabler technologies team
  • Screening demands and executing feasibility studies in close collaboration with stakeholders and the operational teams
  • Managing cross-functional projects, aligning on project needs and structuring timelines and project plans to support implementations and transitions.
  • Developing, implementing and optimizing solutions and innovative initiatives within people operations (e.g. framework of international employment, new ticketing tool, evaluation dashboard, etc.).
  • Analyzing and developing performance indicators for your projects and you ll support transparency in resource utilization
  • In all of your projects you will deal directly with a constant stream of stakeholders, whom you will guide through the projects and help to focus on a goal
  • Supporting in preparing key strategic decision documents and updates for discussions with SVP People and Organization and top management

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a similar field and have 2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce and/or HR
  • You feel comfortable when you are independently driving projects forward and can autonomously achieve our goals
  • Problem solving mindset and outstanding analytical skills; one of your strengths include project management and you are capable of managing (senior) stakeholders
  • You are a truth seeker who challenges common thinking and you enjoy digging deep into problems when needed. You see the bigger picture and you work fast and with a goal-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working together with several stakeholders
  • Analyst who loves complex challenges and feels at home in the world of numbers
  • Communicating with your colleagues in English and German is a breeze
  • Driving efficiency is one of your credos, which you apply in all your work
