Who What Wear is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to be part of its award-winning culture. If you’re looking for the next step in your Accounting career, we’d love to hear from you!

As the Staff Accountant, you will coordinate and maintain all Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including the management of vendors, lifecycle payables, and account reconciliations. 

If you’re the ideal candidate for the role, you have a couple of years of experience in a similar role and are a team player with excellent communication skills. Extra points if you have experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems!

Key Duties:

  • Assist in cash management by owning the accounts payable process, including related reconciliations and reports and assist in forecasting while continuously refining forecast against actual expenditure
  • Participate in the month-end close process, including reconciliation of various GL accounts
  • Assist with compliance activity – financial statement audit, foreign entity compliance, etc.
  • Own periodic filing and remittance of various tax and other compliance-related obligations, including annual 1099 preparation
  • Assist in managing the corporate card program, including monthly spend analysis
  • Manage employee expense reimbursements and assist in month-end reporting and analysis
  • Manage company vendor relationships on an ongoing basis



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance
  • Foundational understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Prior experience using an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, QuickBooks) is helpful; experience with Tipalti or TeamPay is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
