EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary

CONTRACT END DATE: Until January 31, 2022

POSTION SUMMARY :

• Own technical training of allocated vendors and product categories, collaborating with technical teams and Hub cross functional partners.

• Ensure consistency of fit across all vendors allocated styles

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Lead vendor accreditation training for PP and Fit Approval.

• Provide training to vendor to compile, analyze and document clear directional fitting comments in Centric

• Provide training to vendor to analyze and evaluate garment construction and quality to identify possible risk and testing required

• Educate vendor of the responsible for upholding design intent across multi bases sizes from 1st Fit though to PP Approval

• Provide training and promote following and uphold SOP set in place internally and external within the company. For example- making sure vendors have clear understanding of our brands development/fit process

• Participate and initiate communication with cross functional teams sharing knowledge, aiding to better alignment on SCFT training

• To participate in projects to create and define new SOP and best practices for SCFT training

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Education & Experience

• 3+ years' experience with Diploma or above in Technical Design, Pattern Grading or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of fitting, pattern making, grading, construction experience in underwear and sleepwear for women's and men's

• Knowledge of PLM systems

• Organized and detailed oriented, takes immediate action to resolve issues and problems

• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented setting

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of garment fit and ability to instruct a vendor on the garment manufacturability.

• Strong Ms Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)

• Fluency in English
