Reporting to the Head of Learning & Change, you will inspire and drive the learner centric change. You are a go-to expert for connecting behavioral and learning psychology insights with the learning design in Service Excellence. Working in collaboration with the Learning Experience Design team, you uncover and help translate future strategic needs into end-to-end learning solutions; you conduct in-depth research of the industry and learning trends and feed the insights to the Learning Experience Design Manager for application in the learning designs.


    • Conduct research of learner journeys and partner with the stakeholders to gain a holistic understanding and generate insights into the learning needs of the Service Excellence organization.
    • Lead learner (observations, focus groups, interviews, surveys) and industry (benchmarking, trends) research that generates tangible insights for evolving the learner experience.
    • Recommend strategies to enhance employees and partners learning journeys.
    • You'll build a comprehensive Learning Ecosystem Strategy and Learning Roadmap that will meet the evolving needs of our organization focussing on critical skills, such as customer engagement, suggestive service, relationship building, etc.
    • You'll be updated on the trends in the realm of learning technology and psychology through research, conducting experiments, and crafting/presenting whitepapers


    • 7+ years experience leading learning research projects.
    • You have portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g.: study plans, reports, visual artifacts)
    • Human-centered mindset;
    • Strategic thinking and Problem-solving Skills understanding how learning strategy can drive business strategy
    • Knowledge of learning science and learning psychology
    • Experience using quantitative and/or qualitative research methods to design learning solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.
    • The knowledge of service industry is a plus
    • Fluent English
