THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Specialist, you will provide support to the logistics team, ensuring excellent inventory management and order fulfillment performance across our Third-Party Logistics Provider (3PL) warehouse network to deliver value for our customers. You will work closely with the following departments at NGG: Customer Service, Production, Transport and Allocation.

The warehouse Specialist is part of the Logistic Team and reports to the Warehouse Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage the monthly inventory reconciliation process to ensure compliance with company standards
• Oversee and control cycle counts performed by warehouse 3PL
• Help execut 3rd Party activities on a daily basis
• Perform year-end inventory closing with report out of inventory levels and accuracy
• Manage the disposition of blocked stock and slow-moving inventory
• Drive the resolution of quality notifications with warehouse 3PL's including investigation and corrective actions.
• Lead monthly reviews with 3PL's and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with 3PL
• Support development of warehouse cost forecasts and annual operations plan
• Support Customer Service and Logistics to resolve issues between Warehouse, Transportation & CS teams and general open order management issues related to logistic service failures.
• Lead the set-up of WMS roles for 3PL employees
• Prepare WMS inventory reports and monthly warehouse KPI performance reports - inventory accuracy, quality, service, costs, EHS
• Perform data management through a combination of data mining, data analysis, and/or problem analysis while executing day-to-day activities related to area of responsibility
• Support the business through ad-hoc queries, and create and analyze reports to support business execution

WHO YOU ARE

• Warehouse operation competency is required, experience in a relevant position of 3-4 Years in a Fashion Company
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP system
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
• Strong proactivity
• Ability to build strong relationship with cross functional partners;
• Strong Team player
• Project Management Skills,
• Lean and Visual Management Certificate are a plus
