Job Description

Your Opportunity

As Project Management Office Leader, you will be part of the Kering Americas operations strategy to deliver value to all of Kering's luxury brands through attention to continuous improvement of the company's logistics performance while maintaining best in class level of service to Kering's brands and their clients and simultaneously working within a cost-effective structure.

Sitting within the Kering Americas Operational Excellence team in Wayne, NJ, focused on operations, logistics and distribution planning, this position will support projects with a structured and punctual monitoring of relevant costs and performance indicators that will trigger the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives for distribution planning.

How you will contribute
  • Manage and drive the development of projects aiming to continuously improve operations, logistics and distribution planning, on a three-year roadmap.
  • Monitor and track project progress against project deliverables. Deliverables include but are not limited to: attention to project budget; communication of project status, including roadblocks, milestones and successes, with all project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project logistics including scheduling meetings, updating timelines, communicating deliverables, distributing materials, etc.
  • Maintain reports and documentation pertaining to projects.
  • Manage and document cross-team risk and issue escalations.
  • Define and maintain metrics for performance and progress.
  • Monitor effectiveness of actions taken.
  • Assess gaps, identify, plan, and implement preventive or corrective actions.
  • Prepare Steerco reports/meetings.
  • Analyze risk.


Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years relevant work experience, project management experience preferred.
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and provide strategic insight
  • Proven ability to work independently and with initiative to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to plan, organize, schedule and co-ordinate multiple tasks to achieve objectives.
  • Strong MS suite skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong ability to collect and interpret information
  • Excellent analytical skills and a close attention to detail; including data analysis, ability to sort through vast quantities of data quickly
  • Strong ability to coordinate and organize teams
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and with internal and external partners to drive deliverables and success of projects.
