What You Will Do

HODINKEE is looking for a full-time project manager to help execute on a very exciting segment of our business — Limited Editions. Over the course of the last seven years, HODINKEE has partnered with more than two dozen brands to launch a variety of unique limited edition watches, clocks, and lifestyle accessories. These projects are vital to the commercial success of the overall business and are also key moments for maintaining and elevating HODINKEE’s image as an industry leader. As Project Manager for Limited Editions, you will be responsible for all aspects of limited edition product development, from product ideation to the final commercial launch of collaborations via the HODINKEE Shop. Your
work will help maintain and evolve the HODINKEE brand by providing overall logistical,
marketing, and creative support for the LimitedEdition team. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Assist in all stages of the development of Limited Edition (LE) projects, including:
  • Identifying brands to work with and building proposals 
  • Work with brand partners to finalize appropriate quantities, price points and timelines for launch
  • Manage booked LE projects from point of approval to launch, including: 
  • Contract and PO execution 
  • Prototype development 
  • Creative treatment presentations 
  • Marketing plan development 
  • Fulfillment planning 
  • Work with the Limited Edition team to develop authentic and high-impact creative campaigns that are unique to each individual campaign and sell the story of our collaborations 
  • Position each launch with a unique value proposition and visual identity 
  • Coordinate with creative teams to execute digital creative campaigns for Limited Edition product 
  • Partner with HODINKEE Shop and Editorial teams to develop creative storytelling around each launch
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure each creative campaign receives the proper PR and promotion - internally and externally - including email, social, influencer seeding, and paid marketing tactics
  • Coordinate with commercial teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer experience

Who You Are

  • A motivated self-starter with 5+ years of experience as a project manager or account manager
  • Ambitious, driven, and excited to understand HODINKEE’s brand identity in the market
  • Ability to operate independently, problem solve on the fly, and multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of product marketing lifecycles and how to speak to a highly educated and discerning audience of enthusiasts
  • Ability to partner well with internal teams to deliver the highest quality service to our partners and customers
  • Detail-oriented with great spoken and written communication skills and a passion for making great products
  • Interest in watches a plus
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
