As a SEO Specialist, you are responsible for executing the overall technical SEO strategy to continue organic growth on the North American e-commerce transactional stores. You'll need a solid understanding of core SEO tactics and strategies, both technical and content, to ensure that we are constantly evolving health of the website. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the website health is consistently monitored, improved upon and maintained to ensure strong organic growth. You will also research, monitor, and provide recommendations on content related strategies ensure keyword visibility continues to grow and work collaboratively across the business to keep SEO front of mind.

Please note while we are currently offering a hybrid work model, all candidates must be either Denver based, or willing to relocate to Denver, CO. 100% Remote work is not available for this role. You must also be legally able to work in the United States. 


  • Manage technical SEO work streams (including running site audits, working with IT to manage technical SEO onsite and recommendations against SEO and business ranking goals)
  • Ensure site stability is maintained through completing regular site scans, ensuring actions and monitoring of changes is undertaken
  • Conduct on-page / technical SEO analysis and audits to find any issues that could be impacting SEO performance and provide solutions to fix
  • Daily monitoring of technical updates and issues flagged by Google and our other tools and work to fix them
  • Ownership of monitoring and reporting on site visibility, site health and site performance
  • Confident and regular monitoring of technical SEO best practices, making sure you are up to date and reporting on these
  • Conduct off-page content and link profile analysis to discover opportunities for Gymshark
  • Undertake weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on core metrics (including but not limited to keyword rankings, traffic, revenue and conversion)
  • Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations on SEO performance related to activity being completed on a monthly basis
  • Management and upkeep of third-party SEO tools
  • Execute regional strategies ensuring appropriate set up and insights are reported on
  • Stay on top of industry trends and news to ensure SEO continues to grow and internal PR increases
  • Support wider business on technical queries, education on SEO and understanding SEO performance
  • Ensure you are up to date with SEO & Content best practices to support the Content team with keyword research, content creation and/or optimization and meta data creation as and when requested
  • Manage technical SEO workflows, working closely with key partners, internal stakeholders and the wider SEO team
  • Management of reporting on site health & performance, ensuring recommendations are made and executed
  • Key involvement in creative campaigns, including making recommendations on SEO involvement, strategy and team execution
  • Ensure collaboration across Media campaign stakeholders to ensure campaigns are being executed with clear objectives, visibility into other Media tactics and debrief post campaign
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insight team to better understand the customer journey and how SEO activity fits into this for campaign execution
  • Build strong relationship with IT to ensure SEO has full visibility of site changes well in advance, whilst also providing guidance on SEO best practice and any changes require from an SEO perspective
  • Work closely with E-comm team to ensure site changes, including creation of pages and any site changes are clearly defined to SEO team so recommendations can be made.


  • 2+ years of SEO experience in-house or within an agency
  • Good understanding of both onsite and offsite SEO
  • Knowledge of how to apply technical SEO strategies
  • Experience of using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Keyword Planner
  • Ability to analyze data and report on findings
  • Competent with Excel
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes

This role has a salary range between $58,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience.
