PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Build seasonal OTB for retail & E-com split to division, product category, drop and fashionalbility level, tied to the company sales budget and predefined KPIS;
  • Forecast the MD% and Margin% by division by channel for both budget and rolling estimation;
  • Build up seasonal demand forecast by division and product group at unit level for merchandising assortment and development;
  • Inventory rolling forecast by channel by division at unit, value and cost level to monitor inventory status and improve the inventory more healthy;
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide action plans, share assumptions and analysis, risk and opportunities, challenges and sales performance review with brand management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

At least 3-5 years related experience

Skills:
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units;
  • Fluent English communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Influential and effective communicator

    Education: Bachelor's degree or above
