Operations Team

The Operations Team is the metaphorical backbone of our business, supporting the organisation to ensure we achieve our goals. Operations manages the movement of parcels and inventory, supports the customer/consignor experience, helps safeguard financial SOX compliance and contributes to long-term initiative planning.

The Asset Protection Manager manages the inventory shortage performance and total execution of the Stadium Goods Asset Protection strategy for their store. You will ensure that all company policies are followed in the development of internal and external theft investigations or inquiries. The Asset Protection Manager will work with retail and Market Center teams to ensure all goals are communicated and accomplished.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will identify shortage causes; partner with Senior AP Manager/Store Manager to create preventive action plans; promote new programs and procedures to reduce shortage through training.
    • You will partner with internal customers in evaluating current and future security processes.
    • Coordinate data collection (X3, Ether, Tableau) and conduct investigations.
    • Promote safety awareness and a safe shopping and work environment for customers and colleagues.
    • You will help with investigations of all theft and fraud.
    • You will conduct assessments.
    • You will communicate with Store Leadership, Managers and Associates to promote awareness of inventory shortage results, shortage concerns and strategy plans.
    • You will manage market center pipeline operations controls.
    • You will conduct market center logistics investigations.


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have at least 3 years of Asset Protection leadership experience including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment
    • You have at least 3 years' experience directly supervising and managing a team
    • You have strong interpersonal, communication, and written skills
    • You have analytical and data-driven skills
    • You have experience working and communicating with a diverse set of team members
    • You have experience managing requirements from large groups of partners; ability to make thoughtful trade-offs among diverse set of priorities
    • You anticipate and act with a collaborative attitude
    • You have organizational skills with attention to detail
    • You have experience investigating and resolving theft and fraud issues.
    • You can develop process improvement(s)
    • You can complete several tasks simultaneously.
    • You can promote our culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and partners
    • You will use Microsoft systems.
