Team Leader Buying & Disposition - Jeans + Leisure Trousers (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Sourcing & Production division, we are looking for a Team Leader Buying & Disposition (m/f/d) for the product division Jeans + Leisure Trousers.

What you can expect:

• Define processes and buying & disposition strategies to achieve KPIs for continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement appropriate performance records and corresponding reporting
• Manage vendors relationship at operational level for the Jeans + Leisure Trousers area, including supplier evaluation as well as implementation and tracking of supply chain processes
• Oversee daily operations and monitor team performance
• Ensure appropriate and balanced business allocation vs. resources across all team members
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Project lead in national and international projects

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration or textile management (or economic apprenticeship with subsequent further education)
• At least 7 years of professional experience in procurement within the textile supply chain
• Several years of leadership experience
• Excellent negotiation skills in an international environment
• Strong motivation skills, strong solution-oriented thinking
• Distinct understanding of numbers and complex relationships as well as adaptability to new challenges
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
