Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, you will have the main responsibility to coordinate Online Catalogue activities across different platforms for several brands. Partnering with Brand and E-concession teams to deliver dynamic site plans that are connected to the marketing calendar and ecommerce sales plan, to ensure the achievement of brand and business goals.


    • Manage assortments ensuring best quality of contents for the online catalogue (i.e attributes, copies, images)
    • Lead site publication with the goal to drive efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
    • Manage on platforms all promos, seasonal product launches, recommendations, product setup, to guarantee ecommerce business and conversions.
    • Manage creation and release of product collection aligning its go live to GTM calendar
    • Oversee maintenance of products catalog and products assortment
    • Monitor websites to ensure that product is active on the sites and appropriately merchandised, making sure all products and contents are correctly displayed.
    • Monitor product performance to ensure category pages are being used efficiently and product ranking is optimized as well as manage and control Stock Out and Availabilities, consistently liaising with the Digital Buyers and Merchandisers
    • Evaluate placement and productivity based on analytics
    • Be the key HQ reference for E-Commerce platform teams localized in different regions/markets
    • Report out KPI results related to assortment and product updates
    • Define business requirements for new features/project implementations
    • Liaise with external platform providers to ensure continuity of business as usual
    • Support digital projects developments as well as collaborating with the Marketing, PR and Merchandising teams to respect deadlines and priorities


    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
    • People management skills (you will manage a team )
    • Knowledge of eCommerce platform and catalog management
    • Experience with digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventory
    • Knowledge of digital commerce integrations such as CMS, PIM, OMS, and ERP.
    • Strong knowledge of online shopping, omnichannel and marketplaces
    • Experience working with cross-functionally and able to drive collaboration (e.g., sales, marketing, supply) with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
    • Ability to prioritize various tasks effectively to meet even challenging deadlines.
    • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational/analysis capabilities.
    • Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
    • Demonstrated with the ability to build KPIs and reports to monitor them to align the Management.
