Job Details
Located in West London our CEO and Design Director is looking for an experienced personal assistant to act as a right-hand to manager their personal affairs and to ensure daily life runs smoothly.
The candidate must be extremely organised, proactive and be able to show initiative. Nurturing personality with a "no task too small" attitude, tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing calendars
- Booking appointments
- Arranging restaurant reservations
- Handling every aspect of travel plans (flights/accommodation/insurance/transfers)
- Personal shopping across clothing, household and daily needs
- Reselling old clothing/vintage furniture
- Cataloging items
- Organising removals
- Organising car repairs/service
- Scheduling general household repairs
- Occasional driving to appointments if required
- Administrative tasks: paying bills organising insurance, claiming health rebates etc
- General errands (alterations/dry cleaning)
Minimum 5 years experience working in this type of role
Requires a full UK drivers license
Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week
