Located in West London our CEO and Design Director is looking for an experienced personal assistant to act as a right-hand to manager their personal affairs and to ensure daily life runs smoothly.

The candidate must be extremely organised, proactive and be able to show initiative. Nurturing personality with a "no task too small" attitude, tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Managing calendars
  • Booking appointments
  • Arranging restaurant reservations
  • Handling every aspect of travel plans (flights/accommodation/insurance/transfers)
  • Personal shopping across clothing, household and daily needs 
  • Reselling old clothing/vintage furniture
  • Cataloging items 
  • Organising removals 
  • Organising car repairs/service 
  • Scheduling general household repairs 
  • Occasional driving to appointments if required 
  • Administrative tasks: paying bills organising insurance, claiming health rebates etc 
  • General errands (alterations/dry cleaning)

Minimum 5 years experience working in this type of role
Requires a full UK drivers license 
Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week
Salary based on experience
