JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Associate, Site Merchandising is responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and rollout of Tory Sport Site Merchandising & Site Experience across the US. This candidate will assist with monthly site refreshes and regular maintenance and QA for Tory Sport. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for developing best practices, guiding principles, and testing strategy/optimization of the site, with a focus on Tory Sport. This individual will collaborate with various business units (Buying, Product Management, Creative, and Marketing) to drive the brand vision and optimize the customer experience on ToryBurch.com. Reports to the Manager of Site Merchandising.

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

SITE MERCHANDISING
  • Support site merchandising strategy, product set-up, and site curation for Tory Sport, while continually defining and implementing site optimizations
  • Partner with Buying, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to reflect seasonal vision, key messages, and new product introductions as well as key investments on site
  • Liaise and troubleshoot with Technology and OMS teams to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Partner with Web Production and Buying to set up product assortment for promotional events
  • Partner with CRM on user flows and experience for targeted initiatives (e.g., early access to products/events, gift with purchase)
  • Analyze site metrics (Google Analytics, SFCC) and develop actionable insights for leadership team
  • Maintain Sport playbooks to codify how-to's for technical set-up, key processes, and merchandising best practices
  • Identify industry trends and competitive best practices to inform optimization opportunities for merchandising tactics, navigational elements, and site features

A/B TESTING
  • Assist in analyzing site metrics and qualitative data to drive measurable improvements across site navigation, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with team to identify testing opportunities based on site metrics and industry best practices


EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; 3-4 years of experience working in ecommerce management, with a focus on site merchandising
  • Experience with loading product catalogs, managing attribution/filters, search, features optimizations, building seasonal shops and aligning product to content
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction and successfully execute plans with cross-functional partners to drive business performance
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to distill actionable insights from data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with:
    • Content Management System (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
    • Web Analytics Solutions (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Project Management Tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Confluence)
    • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)
