LAgence has a thriving e-Commerce channel, known for excellent customer service, we are looking for a solid addition to our Customer Service team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with outstanding time-management and follow-through. They are great with people and have the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset. They are a fast learner of new systems and apps with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to understand systems integrations.


  • Provide excellent customer support to the L’Agence eCommerce Channel through effective and timely communication, both written and verbal, using email, Chat, and Phone
  • Resolve inquiries and issues for customers with a solution and satisfaction-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate expertise of our systems and SOP’s for proper creation of orders, fraud check, sample requests, and returns for all eCom customers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge of our full assortment of L’Agence categories.
  • Clearly communicate internally and externally using a solutions-oriented mindset with impeccable follow-through
  • Work in a team-oriented atmosphere while independently managing own workflow and responsibilities.
  • Contribute to ongoing systems improvements to streamline processes and cross-team efficiency and communications – Monitor, test, and troubleshoot systems

  • Experience in an administrative, support role
  • Self-starting, eager to participate, and positive attitude
  • Professional communication skills and work ethic
  • Effectively assist customers and ensure they are well-supported and satisfied
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in eCommerce Fashion customer service is desired
  • 2+ years of professional experience and/or minimum undergraduate bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Google Docs
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce carts (Shopify), Zendesk, Full Circle a plus
