Job description
Within our Strategy & Innovation department, your main missions will be:
- Build business-case and refined P&L to define different types of ROI
- Challenge & optimize current processes from both technical and business standpoints
- Constantly benchmark and communicate industry best practices through the lens of corporate challenges
- Scout & shortlist innovative partners & tools to maximize customer experience
- Frame transformational cross-brands projects from geographical and functional perspectives
- Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on detailed and concrete business needs
- Work closely with SMCP Group services (IT, Transformation, Legal, Finance, - - Retail development, International partnerships) as well as Brands' teams (Digital, Retail, Merchandising) and external stakeholders (consulting firms, agencies, start-ups, software editors)
- Promote a Unified Commerce approach and help refining roadmaps with appropriate go-to-market strategy
- Participate to online business development for E-tailers and E-wholesalers.
Profile
- Successfully completed a master's degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years' relevant work experience within a strategy team of a brand/group or a Consulting firm
- Proven track record of taking an entrepreneurial approach and thinking ‘out-of-the-box'
- Specialization in Digital, Innovation or CRM appreciated
- Used to managing external 3rd parties: RFI, RFP, shortlist, methodology, budget
- Able to collaborate with all types of stakeholders Worldwide (experts, C-level, retail teams)
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- International and/or multi-cultural background much appreciated.
