As the CRM Manager, you will support the greater E-Commerce team daily by driving and developing the CRM strategy.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Email Marketing: 

Create and manage customer segmentation based on client data ensuring all marketing communication is relevant 

Extensive experience analyzing customer behavioral data with deep segmentation experiences 

Partner with the Junior Analyst to generate weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting on marketing campaigns and tests while providing data to suggest areas of improvement 

Formulate innovative CRM strategies based on customer insights that create unique customer experiences  

Help to drive campaign engagement and client retention 

Partner with the Senior E-Commerce Manager + Director to develop and maintain the marketing calendar 

Support membership programs formulating smart insights  

Creation, set-up, and tracking of all email campaigns + SMS marketing 

Coordinate all marketing needs with E-Commerce Coordinator to ensure all product merchandising is in place prior to marketing deployment 

Support the Senior E-Commerce Manager with execution of the brand CRM strategy 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

4 years of fashion experience working with web and digital 

A genuine interest in E-Commerce, UX and online shopping experiences 

Marketing or relevant bachelor degree 

Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo 

PERSONAL SKILLS 

You are structured proactive and a solution-oriented person 

You are highly driven and self-motivated 

You are a team player with a “can-do” attitude 

You are detail oriented while still seeing the bigger picture 

An interest in the fashion industry
