E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will support the greater E-Commerce team with day-to-day tasks of our website including operations, marketing, and merchandising. You will be responsible for uploading products on to the site, QA of the live site, collaborating cross functionally with the marketing and customer experience team, and performance goals. You are detailed and solution oriented, highly self-motivated, and a team player with the desire to learn about all things E-Commerce.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Activating products on site in accordance with the marketing and launch calendar 

Maintain the activation calendar to ensure all targets are met 

QA of live site to ensure functionality and accuracy to ensure a seamless customer experience 

Assist with merchandising of product collection pages based on inventory and marketing needs 

Help manage all seasonal markdown events 

Monitor all processes of order management. Ensure that all orders/memos are flowing and closing properly 

Order web supplies (NL totes, stickers, tissue paper, packing tape) 

Assist with miscellaneous web projects 

Assist Senior E-Commerce Manager + Director in day-to-day tasks 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

2+ years of fashion experience working with web and digital 

A genuine interest in E-Commerce, UX and online shopping experiences 

Marketing or relevant business degree 

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Microsoft Office 

PERSONAL SKILLS 

You are structured proactive and a solution-oriented person 

You are highly driven and self-motivated

You are detail oriented while still seeing the bigger picture
