RESPONSIBILITIES 

Create a consistent experience across Nililotan.com that maintain the brand voice and integrity 

Design a seamless shopping experience across Nililotan.com that create a best-in-class customer journey backed by research and data 

Strategize and develop Nililotan.com customer experience roadmap  

Deliver and maintain consistent design system for all user journeys and visual spec guidelines 

Familiar with HTML, Java, CSS and Ruby  

Continually explore opportunities to enhance, improve, and expand strategies and work 

Help build your product's roadmap, partnering with the Senior E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Director  

Work with cross-functional teams including E-Commerce, CRM, Graphic Design, and Development to drive growth of eCommerce business 

Support eCommerce teams to drive sales on DTC 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

5+ years of fashion experience working with web and digital 

A genuine interest in E-Commerce, UX and online shopping experiences 

Bachelor Degree 

Experience with Shopify 

PERSONAL SKILLS
