DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES 

Act as a resident Shopify expert, specializing in all parts of the eCommerce 

Install & Customize new Shopify theme 

Build seamless, robust, and innovative front-end user experiences 

Generate custom-tailored Shopify themes, and altering pre-existing templates 

Work closely with project managers to address client requests in a timely manner 

Working closely with project managers to address requests 

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs and requirements at a moment's notice 

PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will work with UX and Analytics to create experiences that use qualitative and quantitative data to improve KPIs 

Translate business requirements into product specifications and user acceptance testing plans that consider every detail of the consumer experience for new features and products 

Analyze market research, user feedback, data, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements  

Have both a business driven and technical development mindset when building on your product roadmap  

Analyze data to understand users and user behavior 

Develop a deep understanding of the Nili Lotan customer and every detail of the nililotan.com shopping experience  

Work with cross-functional teams including E-Commerce, UX, Graphic Design, and Development to drive growth of eCommerce business and understand business needs 

Support eCommerce teams to drive sales on DTC 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

7+ years of relevant experience in working with Shopify and Shopify Plus stores  

Expert building backend structure 

Extensive knowledge of frontend development, liquid programming language, theme customization 

Extensive knowledge with HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, RUBY, and maintainable/scalable CSS 

Expert in Shopify private and public plugins/apps 

Experience integrating third party applications- i.e. Klaviyo, Global-E 

Experience with Site Speed proficiencies and ADA compliance 

Experience in handling checkout functionality customizations 

Experience in implementing headless commerce projects with Shopify 

Knowledge of building custom, private and embedded apps 

PERSONAL SKILLS 

Self-motivated, works well in a team environment 

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs 

Strong ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
