RESPONSIBILITIES 

Translates Nili Lotan's full funnel media plan to optimize channel, traffic and conversion tactics based on brand, customer, channel and campaign strategies 

Oversee and execute marketing strategy for all digital channels  including paid social and affiliate marketing 

Improve targeting effectiveness by providing customer behavior insights and recommendations for each and all marketing channels 

Increase media spend efficiency by working closely with our digital marketing agency to support revenue forecasting and spend planning through customer insights and testing 

Develop weekly performance reports to support digital marketing operations 

Develop new reporting to support the constantly changing digital marketing and e-commerce environment 

Partners with brand to measure pilot/test effectiveness, quantify scaled opportunity, and ensure that successful pilots are scaled quickly. 

Hindsights performance on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis, highlighting opportunities or trends for continuous improvement. 

Work with cross-functional teams including E-Commerce, CRM, Planning, and PR to drive growth of eCommerce business 

Support eCommerce teams to drive sales on DTC 

Work closely with data scientists to improve marketing attribution and marketing mix optimization 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

7+ years of fashion experience working with web and digital 

A genuine interest in E-Commerce, UX and online shopping experiences 

Expert in Google Analytics and campaign attribution tools 

Bachelor Degree + MBA preferred 

Experience with Shopify
