Ecommerce Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end delivery of global eCommerce projects
• Manage and liaise with multiple internal and external stake holders (creative, onsite, buying & merchandising, warehousing & logistics, web development and back-end systems)
• Task management for all projects, always delivering on time and within budget
• Own eCommerce testing, release, and validation of new functionalities
• Support the eCommerce director with short, medium and long term initiatives that drive the growth of the channel

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of project management best practices with a proven track record
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms and integrations
• Solid understanding of UX, customer journey and design challenges
• Willingness to be hands on - we are a small team
• Ability to motivate all stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver great projects on time
• A natural problem solver, you will bring the right people together within the business with a hands-on approach
• Interest in the world of Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market.

System Experience

• Shopify or other commercial ecommerce platform
• Task management tools
• Experience working with retail back-end systems, including but not limited to: POS, Order Management, Stock Management, Shipping solution
