The Category Operations Team is a highly specialized Team focusing on excellent and efficient high-quality execution of processes, from order entry to invoicing clarification. In this team you will become an expert on the purchase to pay process. You will be responsible for the entire process from creating an order to ensuring that all articles we ordered are delivered on time and have all information needed to go online. You will be in daily contact with both external and internal stakeholders (brands, buying and planning departments, accounting, transportation and warehouse operations teams). You will also have a great opportunity to build a wide knowledge of supply chain management in the e-commerce industry.

  • Support our category management team in all operational and administrative matters, especially in placing purchase orders into our systems and check them for accuracy and managing the delivery schedule of intake on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in close cooperation with the supply chain management of our suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain the master data of our products in our merchandise management system as well as focus on entering all order-related data to our system (EAN-Matching, Supplier Data) to ensure high quality orders
  • Be the first contact person for our international suppliers for all operational topics and assist in setting up and maintaining condition contracts. Communicate with them to ensure the availability of our products and coordinate returns with our suppliers and warehouses
  • Look for solutions that will contribute to optimizing our pre-season and in-season processes

  • Apprenticeship or first relevant professional experience in an administrative role.
  • Great organization and communication skills, structured ways of working
  • Focus on accuracy and quality while working with data and numbers. Extensive experience working with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaboration and acting proactively.
