As Junior Integration Manager (m/w/d) you will contribute to further development and growth of our business of connecting offline partners to Zalando platform. You will provide excellent quality operational solutions for the partners, aligned with the high standards of Zalando platform, create and support processes to enable seamless convenience to the consumer, leading to high satisfaction results.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Manage end-to-end partner integration projects with all brands and retailers, i.e. drive content, manage stakeholders, deliver in tight deadlines
- Own and drive the relationship with partners/external stakeholders to accelerate the onboarding process for our partners
- Work closely with other departments and be the contact person for Technology, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounting and Operations topics during the integration phase
- Contribute to optimize processes for the integration team keeping partner satisfaction at the core
- Work closely with Product team, provide input to enable automation and feature development
- Integration: first experience in project management or can bring work experience in a related field
- Analytical problem solver, a critical thinker with strong presentation skills who can work across cross-functional teams to identify obstacles, develop solutions and make decisions to drive the business forward
- A result-driven mindset: Drive projects autonomously, keep tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders. You enjoy transforming singular challenges into scalable solutions which empowers you to excel in challenging one-off situations as well as in scaling environments
- Good understanding / eager to learn technical concepts e.g. how API integration works and comfortable in explaining the requirements in a simple way to our partners
- Excellent communication skills in English written and oral, as well as Italian and Spanish
