As a (Junior) Process Manager in the Category Operations Excellence team, you will help us to improve our business processes and lay the foundation for our future success. In detail you will implement, optimise and drive change for and with users on processes and internal tools. You are the first point of contact for our Category Management colleagues when it comes to process and tool expertise. This opportunity requires that you interact across teams and hierarchies to make sure you are present where you can add the most value.
  • You have direct impact on the heart of our commercial business: The Category Management (Buying & Category Operations Teams)
  • Challenge the status-quo and seek opportunities: You are responsible for continuous improvement of our processes. This includes support in identifying, designing, introducing and conducting process and tool related discussions and workshops
  • Support, train, and provide documentation to our Category Management colleagues on tools and processes.
  • You are the glue between the Categories and the entire Retail Operations Team. You work closely with the Product Managers to suggest opportunities worth building into our formal IT systems based on the feedback you collect during the day to day business from our users.
  • Together with our team you will work on cross-departmental projects to optimize our entire procure-to-pay process.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment.
  • Experienced in an e-commerce environment, consultancy or business development (minimum 3 years)
  • You are a process expert, strong communicator and highly motivated team player. Able to explain tasks through your clear communication style (English is business fluent). Thriving in fast-paced environments, comfortable with change, embracing collaboration and acting proactively.
  • You are solution oriented and reliable when it comes to getting things done. Organizing your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritized accordingly
  • You have proven that you can bridge the gap between business and technology. You feel comfortable interacting with a big group of stakeholders, presenting to them and balancing out their needs.
  • You enjoy working autonomously and you are a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result.
  • You have extensive experience working with MS Office and/or Google products.
