Who What Wear is looking to hire a Client Services Manager to be part of its award-winning culture. If you’re an expert at seamlessly managing client campaigns and find yourself to be well-versed in the digital media landscape, we want to hear from you! 

As the Client Services Manager, you will manage advertiser-driven programs from pitch to execution for a set account list. You’ll conceptualize and develop programs for advertisers and translate our clients’ advertising objectives into media strategies. Ultimately, your goal is to produce successful campaigns, build strong client relationships, and drive business renewal. 

If you’re the ideal candidate, you have a demonstrated history of working with brands and agencies within the digital media landscape and knowledge of emerging digital technology, social and innovative ad platforms. Not to mention, you’re an excellent communicator, highly organized, and solutions-oriented. 

This job is based in Los Angeles.

Who What Wear is powered by a hybrid remote/ in-person workforce that spans the US and UK. Our interviewing and onboarding activities are conducted virtually, as will most of your work, but you should be open to working in person from time to time if necessary.

Key Duties:

  • Build strategic media plans that range across scalable budgets to align with client objectives, KPIs and buying requirements.
  • Plans include native content, social media, display media, influencer, experiential, etc.
  • Support Sales team in client and deal management throughout pre-sale process, responding to client needs surrounding budget changes, media plan revisions, marketplace/ site information and benchmark.
  • Manage campaign operations related to native content, display media, email and social elements, from campaign kick-off to wrap.
  • Analyze performance to ensure each campaign successfully delivers in full, achieving client objectives.
  • Work with Finance and Ad Operations to manage revenue recognition and shifts.
  • Educate and advise internal teams, clients and agencies on products, solutions and media best practices in order to drive advertiser satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years in media planning/account management.
  • Proficiency in building media plans and post-sale campaign execution.
  • Experience working with native content creation a plus.
  • Intimate knowledge of client(s) business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends, and their overall marketing plans/goals.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of DFP and 3rd party tags is a plus.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Keynote, and Google Suite.
