As the Human Resources Intern for Zegna, you will play a key role within the HR team. The HR Intern will provide support with administrative upkeep, onboarding, recruitment and benefits administration.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Human Resources Intern for Zegna, you will play a key role within the HR team. The HR Intern will provide support with administrative upkeep, onboarding, recruitment and benefits administration.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and create new hire orientation/onboarding documentation
- Maintain employee records and files
- Support recruitment process including posting to job boards and appropriate sites, candidate sourcing, and assisting with first round interviews
- Manage commuter benefits program
- Reconcile and review benefits invoices and statements
- Assist with misc. projects as needed (recruiting, onboarding, engagement)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in Retail business is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Self-starter with good judgment skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Action-oriented
- Strong follow-through and drive for results
- Availability to work in-person 3 days per week for a spring internship
