The Team

TheTrade Optimization team, within the Ecommerce landscape, is responsible to improve and develop reporting and tooling to ensure the organization has the right data to make accurate and fast trading decisions, and to drive the evolution of the trading platform. This team is dual-brand team (i.e. CK and Tommy). Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years, hence automation and data play a fundamental role in the success of its plan.

The Position

In this new and exciting role, you will execute the roadmap for trade optimization, reporting, tooling and innovations between the Trading teams and the Advanced Analytics product team. We are working towards building a trading platform and a key responsibility of this role is to execute the roadmap, and also input in the creation of new tools, or enhancements of existing ones. The Product Manager will play a key role in the execution of the capabilities to allow the Ecommerce team make faster, data driven and commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discover and define new and innovative internal trading solutions which support core business processes within Ecommerce team at PVH
  • Execute the initiatives defined within the Trade Optimization roadmap
  • Team-up with your colleagues from ABI Team and Ecommerce Analytics team to work on future developments
  • Backlog management: prioritize new features, bug fixes and epics based on business value.
  • Input in the creation of the overall Trade Optimization roadmap for enhancements
  • Produce compelling business cases in support of initiatives and articulate and contextualize prioritization and trade-off decisions to stakeholders
  • Work closely with PO's and key stakeholders to create change management plan and ensure user adoption across team.
  • Support the Ecommerce PVH trade teams in getting the most out of the solutions, tooling and reporting available to maximize efficiency and drive improvements
  • Be an agent of change to foster a data driven culture within PVH

The Ideal Candidate:
  • You bring 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working within a large organization, with proven experience of managing an internal product from conception to go live.
  • Experience with data integration, connecting internal systems and automation.
  • Experience with Forecasting and predictive models would be a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially minded attitude. You're passionate about building pragmatic, scalable solutions that deliver business results and that are catered towards the needs of your users/colleagues.
  • The ability to gather and prioritize business requirements and translate these into user stories and an actionable backlog
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, doing what it takes to solve the problem
  • Experience with uncertainty and working with cross-functional teams, also able to influence and drive for impact without a formal authority
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously
  • Getting things done and challenging the status quo
  • Excellent communicator (simple, clear, logical messages) - able to adjust communication style to audience
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
