Our Portugal offices are located in four of the country's most vibrant cities - Braga, GuimarĂ£es, Lisbon and Porto, known for their rich historical background and warm atmosphere. The teams working in Portugal cover all areas of FARFETCH, from Digital Production to Operations, People and Technology. In our GuimarĂ£es and Porto offices you can experience the latest fashion trends in our European Production sites, and in our Braga, Porto and Lisbon offices you can immerse yourself in the tech world!


An exciting opportunity has come up in our People Applications Support team! As part of this team, reporting to the People Applications Support Supervisor, you will be helping other Farfetchers to take full advantage of our People Systems in their daily jobs as well as shaping the future of the company by optimization of all the people related processes and software.


    • Support fellow Farfetchers on using the available People solutions, taking full advantage of their potential;
    • Follow internal processes on incident resolution (including escalation) within the supported applications;
    • Troubleshoot and help resolve People systems issues;
    • Work together with the remaining People Applications team to provide the best user experience to all Farfetchers, by identifying and recommending product and process customization, enhancements or workarounds;
    • Participate on the test of new features and configuration changes;
    • Help in the identification of end-user training needs and build training materials;
    • Communicate received feedback to senior team members;
    • Document and log work efforts, including all client support requests;
    • Manage tasks autonomously, following the severity policy;
    • Deal with confidential information.


    • Experience in HR processes and systems;
    • Experience in Help Desk/Service Support is a plus;
    • Amazing at researching, solving problems and documenting solutions;
    • Great at communicating with team members and internal customers;
    • Passionate for helping others to get a solution to their needs;
    • Curious to keep learning more about systems in a technical point-of-view;
    • Flexible, excelling in a dynamic and constantly changing environment;
    • Proficiency in English (required);
    • Team player attitude.
