We are looking for a Business Change Analyst to join the Business Change Department based in our head office in Parsons Green.

The role of the Business Change Department is to review existing processes, analyse and evaluate potential projects and manage the implementation and embedment into the business.

The Business Change Analyst supports the Business Change Department in rolling out change programmes by working with the end users on change documentation, testing, training, and support during the embedding stage.

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

This will include but is not limited to:

 

  • Work closely with the business functions to develop an understanding of how the various business systems and operational processes tie together.
  • Support the Business Change Department with change projects. This includes:
  1. Scoping, requirements gathering, evaluation, business case
  2. Process documentation and mapping
  3. Testing
  4. Training documentation
  5. Embedding change via support & monitoring
  6. Contributing to ROI/Lessons learnt
  • Work closely with business users and 3rd parties to ensure the smooth running and delivery of projects. This includes:
  • Helping translate business requirements to consultants and vice versa
  • Helping complete action points and meet deadlines
  • Support the creation of test strategies through user acceptance tests ensuring users undertake test duties to established standards, working to ensure that training and documentation is produced.
  • Effectively communicate completed projects to the IT Team. This includes training, documentation, and handover.

Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Degree educated preferably in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience of working within a premium or luxury fashion retail business that operates across multiple business units desired but not essential.
  • Experience of working as a business analyst or consultant in a similar capacity desired but not essential.
  • Experience of change documentation and process flow mapping.
  • Experience of testing system changes.
  • Experience of working on process improvement or system projects.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail.
  • Solutions driven, able to identify and propose effective solutions to complex issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, able to analyse and execute decisions.
  • Resilient, able to maintain focus and motivation.
  • Experience of managing change effectively.
  • Collaborative, able to identify, challenge and advise key stakeholders appropriately.
  • Data driven, experience of making recommendations and reporting on success.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the strategic direction of the business.
