Associate Brand Coordinator

Design Coordinator (Associate-level)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting Sr. Brand Manager in all Design related needs
• Assist with any supportive documents needed for meeting presentations and projects, as needed
• Track, organize, ensure follow-up on internal and external email communications
• Coordinate the sample management process for all Design meetings
• Arrange shipments for pick-ups and returns
• Calendar scheduling, travel arrangement, assist with day-to-day operations
• Maintain office ensuring functionality for all team members

Qualifications:

• A degree in fashion design or merchandising
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in a fashion related role
• Proficient in Mac capabilities- expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, familiarity with Adobe suite preferred
• Must have ability to prioritize and execute to multiple deadlines
• Highly organized with a high level of attention to detail
• Solid decision-making skills
• Have ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Strong sense of urgency
