Senior Stylist Menswear (f/m/d)

The inhouse creative team is responsible for creating, organizing and envisioning the overall look and feel of our retail brand, as well as showcasing our one-of-a-kind brand portfolio to our consumer. The international and diverse team consists of many sub divisions that all contribute to the consistent appearance and customer journey: product copy, product styling, campaign copy and 360° content creation, campaign ideation and creation, the front-end design of our shop and apps, as well as the overall fashion styling and onsite production is managed by this team.

We are looking for a full-time Senior Stylist Menswear (f/m/d) with great creative and coordinative skills as well as experience within fashion retail or e-commerce, to be based in our studio in Milan.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Style and shoot on-model shots that reflect our high-quality standards

• Responsible for styling MW social assets, and curating products for IG stories

• Follow in-house styling guidelines and maintain a working knowledge of brand specific exceptions

• Attend workshops and team meetings to maintain quality of images and site

• Achieve daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for upload

• Responsible for own reshoots and coordinate as required

• Communicate workflow statuses and concerns to the Head of Studio

• Continuous competitor check and competitor awareness in terms of styling, posing and product presentation

• Good balance of hitting targets and creative flair

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent relevant education

• At least 5 years of experience in fashion styling within the field of ecommerce or luxury

• Extraordinarily styling competence (in all categories) according to the clientele, designers and products of mytheresa.com

• Working experience with models

• Expertise and awareness of e-commerce environments

• A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season

• Ability to work well in a highly pressured environment and motivate team members

• Good time management

• Excellent oral and written English skills
