There are two parts to the sales position

• The commerce customer service responsibilities require a daily follow up with each client who purchases on our website. They must be given personalized follow up to their purchase. As a personal shopper you continue the relationship with an outreach of styles that will suit her style and needs. There is compensation for your success rate with the follow up business.
• As an Ecom Specialist, you will reach out for new customers daily to increase sales and your portfolio of new ongoing clients

The collection and all the info about the brand is readily available and a speedy product knowledge study will definitely build a strong business.

Follow up detail and great personality are what this position is about.

Only experienced sales candidates need to apply.

Must know Microsoft Office and have high level comfort with computers.

Helpful to have Shopify and Sales Force experience.

Full time position(weekend availability) and require on site presence on needed basis in our NY Manhattan midtown offices
