Vestiaire Collective is looking for Business Reporting Analyst to join the Business Performance Team

About the role

As part of the Business Performance Team, you will own the monitoring & reporting framework, ensuring that all business stakeholders have easily and accurately the best insights to understand and run their business.

This is a unique opportunity to combine the deep analytic mindset of a Business Intelligence function and to see the business impact your insights can bring to Vestiaire.

What you'll be doing

• Mastering all the operations of Vestiaire Collective to identify the right KPIs to monitor on a short term (intraday) and longer term (weekly, monthly) basis
• Building an exhaustive and automated analytical framework to follow Vestiaire Collective's performance
• Understanding commercial teams needs and pain points to propose the right adjustment, new dashboards, or local initiative scaling
• Identifying & plan data pipeline dependencies to structure and own a BI roadmap

Who you are

• A proven experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills:
  • proficiency with Excel, SQL & dashboarding tools (Tableau), Python is a plus
  • ensure data accuracy & pay attention to details and UX
• A powerful "get things done" mindset:
  • commitment to tight roadmap and ETAs
  • Efficient stakeholder (BI, internal customers) management
