JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Management
  • Integrate, cleanse, migrate and manage Customers and Marketing data.
  • Perform data quality check and devise methods to maintain data quality
  • Work with Global BI & CRM team on Data Prep, Data Processing, Data Modelling, Micro-Customer Segmentation and sophisticated data visualization to draw insights on ROI and omni- channel performance
  • Access to regional database across Asia markets


CRM & Data Analytics
  • Build data dashboard, automate and maintain weekly/ monthly/ quarterly CRM KPI report for management review
  • Analyze brand / country/ store CRM performance to provide key insights (trends, patterns, irregularities), with an aim to enlarge loyal customer base and boost member sales overtime
  • Develop purchase behavior analysis according to different business dimensions (country, store, product category, customer, etc.), interpret results and identify potential recommendations
  • Prepare presentations and communicate data patterns / insights to business users


Retail & Marketing Planning
  • Understand and measure all stages of customer funnels from awareness to purchase and retention, refine the brand loyalty program and marketing campaigns from a data-driven approach
  • Provide supports to Retail on clienteling and outreaching, customer base segmentation and targeting
  • Provide customers analysis and advice to support business decision on sales action plan, sales & CRM targets setting, CRM program and offer, short term tactical promotion, etc.


The Stacks:SQL, Micro-strategy, Tableau, Sailthru, Informatica

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
  • University degree in Business Statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years working experience, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Fashion industries
  • Proven work record in statistics related duties is a MUST
  • Previous exposure in machine learning and data-mining is a PLUS
  • Proficiency in excel is a PLUS
  • Strong analytic mindset with high interest and sensitivity to numbers
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, pro-active, team player
  • Well versed with working at a multi-cultural, global organization with a matrix structure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with colleagues across all teams

Good command of written and spoken English; Spoken Cantonese/ Mandarin will be a definite advantage
