SAMPLE CO-ORDINATOR

OVERVIEW:

Are you our next Sample Co-ordinator? We're looking for someone to join our sourcing team, to help ensure correct styles are available for photoshoots ahead of product launches and be the key departmental link between Procurement & the E-commerce Studio.This is a busy yet rewarding opportunity to work closely with the Procurement team and Global sourcing offices and therefore requires a high level of multitasking, organisation and administration skills. Someone who wants to be part of a team that lifts each other up; a team that fails together and celebrates together. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Work closely with the E-commerce, Finance, Logistics and Procurement teams.
• Review Purchases orders
• Process all vendor marketing, Imagery and campaign commercial invoices ensuring they match the purchase order in a timely manner, input all data into our databases accurately.
• Ensure all relevant shipping documentation is sent prior to arrival of goods
• Arrange returns of the E-commerce samples to the UK warehouse
• Amend data on purchase orders where necessary
• Manage ad -hoc requests from both internal and external stakeholders on fast track sample requests

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Confident working with high volumes of data
• Strong attention to detail
• An experienced and highly competent user of Microsoft Excel, able to use advanced formulas, lookups and pivot tables for reporting
• Able to cope with the pressures of working within a fast-paced environment
• A competent communicator who is comfortable liaising with various departments and colleagues.

When normal office working resumes, our expectation would require candidates to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
