Job Title: Coordinator, Creative Projects
Primary Purpose: coordinator, creative projects will be a key member of the creative project management team, managing quick-turn projects and maintaining and creating essential tools for the team's success. This role will work with the leaders on the team to keep, maintain, and improve upon records and project management software (workfront). In its project management capacity, this role will work on a daily basis with cross-functional partners in the creative and marketing teams, constantly driving to meet deadlines and to deliver accurate creative deliverables.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency on the Creative Projects team to...

- maintain and enhance project management software (workfront)
- work with manager on workflows and management of projects, from kick-off through completion, with a focus on feedback and quick-turnaround projects
- review, edit and bring clarity to select creative requests, ensuring that projects have clear direction and focus prior to initiating
- establish timelines and clear, consistent communication with all parties regarding delivery of project obligations
- develop cross-functional relationships between strategy and creative teams, constantly maintaining and improving upon current organizational systems and records
- monitor routing project deliverables and uphold brand quality by ensuring all projects are approved by appropriate stakeholders
- collaborate with manager on meeting ownership and division of tasks/projects

- experience with project management is a plus
- experience with using tracking tools or programs, with an interest in becoming an expert in workfront project management software
