The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Coordinator (m/f/x) for our Footwear Division. In this role you will be the lynchpin to gather all necessary information from numerous interfaces, keep the sales team up to date and support them in their daily business. Working closely with the Key Account Manager, Sales Manager/Sales Director you will support the team in monitoring key KPIs to further build the success of the brand.

A day in the life of a Key Account Coordinator - Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein Footwear (m/f/x):
  • You will support the administration of the entire order process
  • You will be the interface between sales, customer service and other teams
  • You will take responsibility for the sample management
  • You will actively control deliveries
  • You will prepare feedback discussions for after sales meetings
  • You will process incoming order data from key accounts (via EDI)

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
  • Initial experience in B2B sales (professional experience in other sales-related areas is also welcome)
  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • The attitude of a team player
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • An interest in fashion
  • A hands-on mentality in working with frequently changing tools and software's to translate work resources into efficiency
