The Payments and Fraud Analytics team is looking for someone to lead one of the impact areas of the team that are Data foundations and Reporting & Insights. Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will develop a team of business analysts and determine the strategy and the roadmap for the impact area. The Analytics team is responsible of ensuring analyses a wide array of inputs to create strategies and insights that shape our payment and fraud proposition. In the Payments and Fraud department, our goal is to ensure that we give our customers a frictionless and safe experience when buying on the Farfetch platform.


    • Develop a team of motivated business analysts;
    • Help shape the strategy for managing data in the Payments and Fraud area, and ensure this data is used to make meaningful decisions and prioritize how we improve the experience of our customers;
    • Create strategies to help the department reach the goals relating to customer experience, revenue and cost;
    • Immerse yourself in data and support the team on finding opportunities to improve our Indicators;
    • Work with the Payments and Fraud Partnership team to create strategies for delivering insights to our Stakeholders;
    • Support and deliver projects with a variety of teams such as technology, finance, commercial, marketing and other operational teams.


    • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with 1+ year leading people;
    • High proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, BigQuery, or similar);
    • Experience using data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar);
    • Knowledge of statistical programming languages like R or Python is a plus;
    • You're passionate about leading and developing a team;
    • You can work with a high degree of independence, and in situations of uncertainty or ambiguity;
    • A natural organizer, able to break complex challenges into easy to manage parts;
    • A team player that knows how to work with others;
    • Fluent in English.
