Job Details

You'll be working on things like:
  • Innovating our platform offerings
  • Managing our video archive, and partnering with Broadcast Team members to distribute content
  • Managing Broadcast tools and subscriptions
  • Creating digital experiences for Shopify internal and external events
  • Leading and growing a team that provides content management systems, digital event experiences, and broadcast support
  • Tracking and sharing metrics for Shopify content
  • Creating and monitoring partnerships that can expand our offering of solutions


Qualifications

You'll need to have:
  • Experience leading a team and managing projects
  • Experience with video libraries and archiving
  • Vast knowledge of VOD platforms, video processing systems, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Accessibility features like Closed-Captioning, Descriptive Video, Multi-track Audio Solutions, etc
  • Experience with video migration workflows, assessing the scope of work for asset management systems
  • Experience with virtual event platforms and digital event production workflows

It'd be great if you have experience with:
  • Capturing advanced video metrics and analysis of viewership data to assess content delivery strategies
  • Tools such as Venue, Descript, StreamShark, Kaltura, Wowza
  • Customer support monitoring and ticketing systems
