Security Intelligence Services Manager

As a Security Intelligence Services Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, empowerment, and mentor analytical teams that focus on threat identification, writing and briefing on key geopolitical events. In this role, you will collaborate with our Global Security and Protection Services team and other key partners, advancing the security mission by providing situational awareness, real-time information, and actionable intelligence to protect people and assets. The leader will play a key role in elevating an industry-best team with an established track record. This is a high impact role requiring the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership and direction to our GSOC and Threat Intelligence teams responsible for supporting security programs, providing real-time information, actionable intelligence, front-line support for employees and internal teams, and more!
  
• Developing, implementing and continuously improving our GSOC, Threat Management and Protective Intelligence programs, improving policies, procedures and workflow processes necessary for Global Security and Protection Services requests and needs
  
• Lead the analytical effort of turning information into intelligence through the use of analytical processes and tools.
  
• Collect information and intelligence from internal and external sources including:
  
  • Open Sources
    
  • Subscription based databases, Monitoring and Alert Systems
    
  • Internal Databases
    
  • Other contacts globally
    
• Support security investigations through intelligence effort
  
• Evaluate the intelligence received to determine if immediate and/or remedial action needs to be taken
  
• Perform liaison activities and develop external contacts
  
• Establish best practices and quality control standards in the gathering, preparation, reporting and presentation of intelligence products
  
• Promote a team environment that enhances both team and individual performance
  
• Supporting an environment of protecting the company's people and assets through proactive intelligence reporting, situational awareness, and information sharing, working directly with the Global Security Operations Centre, Protective Intelligence team and cross-functional stakeholder
  

Qualifications

• Proven management and leadership skills, allowing you to develop and mentor others as well as build credibility with your team while executing broader security strategies
  
• 3+ years of experience leading a GSOC and Protective Intelligence team, which should include experience as a manager and/or leader.
  
• Experience in global security, travel safety programs and security operations
  
• Experience in strategic development and implementation of Global Security Operations Centre and Threat Management and Protective Intelligence programs.
  
• Experience managing and prioritizing many large projects, programs, and daily tasks.
  
• Ability to exercise sound operational judgment and to be flexible to shifting priorities and challenges
  
• An analytical mind that can solve complex issues while remaining data-informed
  
• Ability to be on-call as a part of a security on-call rotation
  
• CPP/PSP or other relevant security certifications

• Demonstrated experience in highly dynamic environments with autonomy to act and execute strategic decisions.
  
• Ability to effectively, thoughtfully and persuasively communicate plans and proposals to influence senior management.
  
• Have a strong, proven track record of responding quickly and effectivelyto a situation.
  
• Possess a solid ability toform relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
