Do you love connecting systems and solving complex problems using technology and data? Would you jump at the chance to build a world class revenue generating marketing tech stack? We're looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to marry our Commercial Revenue Marketing functions with the technology that delivers it. As a Marketing Technology Manager on the Revenue Technology and Operations team, you are a technically savvy individual with a deep expertise in Marketing Operations, acquisition funnels, their associated technologies and a strong understanding of the needs of today's digitally connected customer. You have implemented common marketing tools multiple times in the past for complex multi-product teams, and are comfortable driving strategy, interfacing with internal teams, and solving technical issues hands-on.

You'll get to do things like:
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to learn their marketing goals and translate that vision into our MarTech stack.
  • Own the implementation of key systems and tools such as Marketo, Drift, Bizible, LeanData etc.
  • Establish appropriate processes and drive MarTech adoption across business stakeholder teams. Activities include:
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to define, pilot, and implement new functionalities and capabilities within our MarTech stack
    • Solution design, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and end user testing
    • Contributing to documentation and wireframes for pilots and implemented solutions
    • Change management, including implementation of new technologies and rollouts
    • Potentially overseeing training end users on new and existing technologies and features
  • Provide support for your owned tools (especially during upgrades and bug fixes), and working with 3rd party support teams when required.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on MarTech engagements including pilots and manage budgets and deadlines.
  • Stay on top of MarTech trends and new technologies, strategies, etc. and share information with Marketing, Technology teams and the broader Revenue organization
  • Oversee data security measures and ensure best practices are being met
  • Relationship management with internal technology users and vendor


Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a Marketing Operations role, or similarExperience managing marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua certified experts preferred)
  • Ability to build systems and infrastructure to support a B2B Revenue Engine
  • Passion for technology, automation and increasing efficiencies
  • Previous working experience with CRM Platforms (ie. Salesforce), Live Chat, Analytics (Google Analytics, Bizible, Tableau)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to quickly implement projects
  • Be proactive and resilient: capable of seeking information independently, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, especially to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand not only the practical applications of the marketing craft but the technology used to make it happen

Bonus Experience
  • Understands front-end web development in the context of marketing technology (e.g., using HTML and CSS to build email and landing page templates)
  • Familiarity with best-in-class system and process framework, off-the-shelf reusable templates, etc.
  • Passion for rolling up your sleeves, thriving in organized chaos, and being resourceful to get shit done
