  • Total accountability for inventory management, integrity, and the development of the inventory control principle across all channels
  • Responsible for the fulfilment of all key channels and the active development of the DSM delivery/shipping offer
  • Warehouse/3PL management (contract, relationship, SLA, process, systems & security) including the delivery of future WMS/tech upgrade(s)
  • Full management of key operational third-party contracts including but not limited to IT & ERP
  • Overall accountability for operational efficiencies and due diligence within the business


Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Accountable for the development and implementation of the inventory/logistics strategy across the business
  • Ensure all KPIs and stock service levels are met, acting proactively to resolve any catching points
  • Management of the 3PL warehouse team and contract
  • Develop a clear roadmap for stock improvement, continuously developing improvement initiatives
  • Work in close partnership with technical director, project manager and data analyst to deliver logistical tech upgrade e.g WMS
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture and drive programmes across the warehouse and wider business related to stock management
  • Lead and develop all stock focused functions in the business across retail, shared stock, inventory and warehouse
  • Create policies and procedures for logistics activities
  • Improve efficiency and minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities
  • Drive standards and process for stock integrity within the London store
  • Management of Inventory team consisting of Inventory Operations & Store Stock Control

  • Ownership of transport and logistics (e.g Vans, Carriage), always ensuring great service and cost efficiencies


  • Development and delivery of VIP fulfilment strategy within the business
  • Management and further development of the shared stock fulfilment team
  • Accountable for Order fulfilment (Warehouse, Store, Omnichannel) within the business
  • Ensure all fulfilment KPIs/SLAs are set and delivered


  • Overall accountability for operational due diligence within the business
  • Responsible for the insurance of DSM operational service and expectations throughout the business and with our key suppliers
  • Management and development of future Operations team and the delivery of operational KPIs
  • Management and development of IT third party contract
  • Key operational project management
  • Management and maintenance of the Ops budget controlling and challenging costs across the business
  • Oversee all Corporate Governance and Health & Safety within the business with support from Ops team
