Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Assist Ad and digital marketing manager in planning and executing all digital marketing activities upon key campaign with sense of creativity and consumer led insights -Set-up digital marketing strategy to drive consumer connection and conversion and evaluate the key metrics and media performance -Manage development and distribution of owned media -Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, agencies and media) -Leverage social media technology tools to publish content, monitor conversation and listening topics, engage with fans and analyze performance -Manage brand issue on social media -Provide data driven and actionable insights on consumer behavior for the optimizations of website and new business opportunities -Monitor competitors' interesting initiatives and stay up to date on the latest industry developments, trends and best practices
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- BA degree with digital marketing experience - Understanding of media execution and performance metrics - Fashion, cosmetic brand and agency experience preferred - English fluency in verbal and written - Dynamic, proactive and able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure
