JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Samples team are responsible for all product imagery for Burberry.com. Liaising directly with the Showroom, Photo Studio and Styling teams, you will be managing a team of Digital Sample Assistants in the shoot and sample movement process on a daily basis. Reporting into the Digital Samples Assistant Manager, the role plays a key part in ensuring all product is prioritised per floorset and is crucial to the success of high profile brand projects including lookbook, Runway and campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating the shooting of all product for Burberry.com across allocated categories
- Coordinating shoots for 3rd party ecomm photography along side BAU shoots
- Overseeing the day to day running of shoots, sample assistants and product movement
- Attending weekly planning meetings with the studio to manage sets being booked in
- Manage the Flo calendar for shoots
- Working closely with Showroom and Studio teams to develop ways of working and processes to continuously improve each season
- Partnering with Product Development and Merchandising teams on changes in production per season
- Make decisions each season on where we need budget for resampling
- Managing the samples movement process with internal teams and assessing clashes with stakeholders
- Managing the Quality Control (QC) and return to hub process, ensuring best sample care is followed
- Manage any press shoot requests that are required by the business
- Ensure that shoots are scheduled for each season as well as tracking and reporting on delays and content availability
- Each season ensure that TOP orders are placed in time for deadline, as well as any cancellations and changes to the range plan
- Work closely with Digital Merchandising to communicate any delays in deadlines
- Provide weekly reports on content readiness
- Manage the reshoots process ensuring this is incorporated into our weekly shoots
- Oversee the planning of the pre styling process each season ensuring the assistants have everything prepared to start the session
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience in a similar role desirable, within luxury fashion preferred
- Experience of managing a small team preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good problem solving abilities
- Positive approach, self mo tivated and uses own initiative
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships
- SAP knowledge preferred
