OVERVIEW:

In joining Gymshark as a temporary Paid Social Specialist, you will be a key member of the Performance Marketing Team, whose responsibility is to help deliver commercial success for Gymshark North America through paid media strategies and support the Gymshark Brand.

Reporting to the Head of Media, you will be aiding the management of Gymshark's North America Paid Social Strategy, budget, optimizations, and building strong relationships with key partners across all major platforms. You'll be working alongside the Head of Media and other key stakeholders in the business to make sure the Paid Social strategy is aligned and appropriately executed in line with the overall business objective.

This is a 4 month temporary position starting in February 2022. All candidates need to be available 20-30 hours per week.

Gymshark is currently on a hybrid work model, coming into the office as well as working from home. All candidates must be available to come into our downtown Denver office weekly. You must also be legally able to work in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Assist in implementing the paid social strategy for North America across social media networks, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Assist in for managing the monthly budgets across all Paid Social channels to drive efficiency with both brand and trading objectives in mind to deliver traffic, ROI and engagement targets
  • Ensuring efficiency with the latest Paid Social best practices, looking for new opportunities and maximizing existing ones
  • Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to make recommendations and adjustments to drive ROI and adhere to targets
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to support with shared objectives and drive trade in the relevant categories

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Qualities:

  • 2+ years Paid Social experience in-house or within an agency
  • Strong understanding Paid Social from the day-to-day through to strategy implementation
  • A strong understanding of fast paced digital marketing channels including paid and organic social
  • Experience managing budgets across multiple paid social accounts
  • Experience in using Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong data analysis skills and a confident Excel user
  • Confidence to present findings to the team
  • A process and detail driven work ethic
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, querying data and problem solving



Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience in contracting roles and getting up to speed fast
  • Experience working for a retail brand, with Sporting Goods/Apparel a plus


This role has an hourly rate range between $30-$35/hour for 20-30 hours per week depending on experience.
