POSTION SUMMARY:

This role will assist in developing our Talent Acquisition Strategy and build our company/ brand reputation as an employer of choice for Supply organization.

Support business leaders and Region HR by building strong talent pipelines for key positions and functions. Partner with HR leaders to build successful sourcing strategies and drive key recruitment initiatives throughout region and within individual markets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Build candidate networks/pipelines and create proactive recruiting engagement plans to deliver talent needed to deliver business strategies in partnership with business and HR leaders
  • Support and manage key searches while continuously building new talent pipelines for business critical roles within Supply Value Chain and support functions.
  • Provide appropriate and consistent communications with hiring managers, executives, responsible HR, and candidates to ensure transparency and awareness throughout the interview process.
  • Understand functional and position requirements to effectively screen for top-quality candidates, and provide consultation on hiring decisions.
  • Work with responsible HR to ensure the prompt arrangement of interviews, reference and background checks to ensure the efficient execution of the complete interview process.
  • Effectively utilize comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, benefits, compensation strategies, and recruiting sales techniques to market company as an "Employer of Choice", and to ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain market specific intelligence relevant to talent needs in order to successfully execute key recruitment strategies, including on-going networking with top talents and generation of new leads and referrals.
  • Provide leadership, consultation and direction to hiring executives and responsible HR regarding recruiting trends, concerns and opportunistic hiring possibilities.
  • Drive Corp recruitment initiatives including but not limited to employer branding, e-recruiting, assessment tools and recruitment competences on a local level.
  • Partner and collaborate with recruiting contacts throughout company subsidiaries to ensure synergy on key recruitment requirements.
  • Establish relationships with talent channels such as universities, alumni groups, functional organizations (eg, Garment Buying Office HR Committee).
  • Establish strategic relationships with external partners (job boards, agencies and headhunters) and closely track their performance.
  • Document and report out on search progress, including candidate pipeline, diversity initiatives, and market-related compensation.
  • Develop metrics and analysis to measure hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage all search firm relationships, contracts and overall strategy on engaging with external recruiting partners; manage and track external spend to optimize cost

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in HRM, Business or applicable field

Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience as recruiter, with at least 3 years experience as agency recruiter in a customer-facing professional business environment. With some experience as Corporate recruiter a plus.
