The Team
Tommy.com attracts over 70 million visitors across 25 countries every year! Our Customer Experience Team thrives to optimize the customer journey by designing, testing and developing a top-notch Ecommerce platform. Our designs and new functionalities set the example for our worldwide Tommy Hilfiger Ecommerce business and are leading on our website and in-store shopping screens.

The Position
Do you have a passion for design and want to work on a beautiful product? In this job you will make sure that our customers' journey is easy, seamless and effective in helping them find the right product or the right content by designing an optimal User Experience.

You will also design new features - large and small - as well as making improvements on our existing product. Based on feedback from customers, user testing and stakeholders' input, we would love you to create the best user flow, interactions, and the look & feel of our product. You will conduct user research, ideate designs and create prototypes used for explaining ideas and testing with users. At the end of the design process you will use and expand our design library to make pixel-perfect designs, ready to be implemented.

You will be part of one of our multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum teams, where you will work with developers, test engineers and product owners. In strong partnership with the product owners you will make sure that all the specifications and (edge) cases are developed completely. Also, you will work close together with other UI/UX Designer in order to design a beautiful and consistent product.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a proactive designer taking the initiative to collect data and feedback from users and internal stakeholders, in order to come to a cutting edge design. You are able to substantiate your designs and the underlying ideas and present this in a clear way. Naturally, you are up to date with the latest trends in the area of web and product design, and love to continuously develop yourself.

In addition:

• 3-5 years of working experience as a UI/UX designer in the Ecommerce Fashion or Retail industry.
• You can underpin your design skills with an impressive portfolio of inspirational and elevated designs.
• You are familiar with Sketch/Figma/Invision design tools.
• You like the challenge of translating complex features to a user-friendly interface.
• You have excellent communication skills in English to present your designs to other teams and you are good at communicating with stakeholders, users and developers.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a strong plus.
