ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • REPORTING INTO FOUNDER AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT 
  • DEVELOPING, ORGANSING AND MANAGING CONCEPTS AND IDEAS FROM CONCEPTION TO DELIVERY
  • PRODUCE CREATIVE PITCHES AND PROPOSALS, SOURCE VENUES, MANAGE CRITICAL PATHS AND TIMELINES, NEGOTIATE WITH SUPPLIERS, PRODUCE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS, DEVELOP AND MANAGE BUDGETS, CREATE SCHEDULES AND EVENT BOOKS FOR EVENTS 
  • OVERSEEING ALL PRODUCTION ASPECTS OF AN EVENT INCLUDING SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT, NEGOTIATION AND DAY TO DAY COMMUNICATION 
  • REGULAR MEETINGS WITH THE DESIGN TEAM TO ESTABLISH PROJECT STATUS, BUDGET UPDATES, KEEPING THE CLIENT INFORMED AND SUPPORTING THE WIDER TEAM AS NEEDED
  • DAY TO DAY CLIENT MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING TROUBLESHOOTING AND LIAISING WITH THE WIDER AAS REGARDING PROJECT DETAILS
  • MANAGING ADDITIONAL FREELANCERS AND ASSISTANTS PER PROJECT, AS NEEDED 
  • CREATING CLIENT DOCUMENTS FOR SIGN OFF
  • REVIEWING SAMPLES FOR CREATIVE AND CLIENT SIGN OFF
  • OVERSEEING OPERATIONS, DIRECTING STAFF IF NEEDED AND COORDINATING TECHNICAL AND PRODUCTION ASPECTS
  • WORKING ONSITE AT EVENTS FOR SETUP AND LIVE EVENTS, AS THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR THE CLIENT TEAM AND ALL WORKING PERSONNEL.
